Mindy Fung isn't just a real estate agent who is going to show you houses and go through the motions of buying or selling a house. Mindy goes above and beyond to fight for your best interest. Our case was particularly challenging and we 100% know we wouldn't have gotten into our new home without Mindy. Every time a challenge would present itself, which was often, she was quick to come up with a solution. When we saw an impossible situation, she saw solutions. If you want someone with experience helping International Buyers or those living abroad to find a home in Utah, Mindy is a great choice. Mindy was great to work with, she was able to help us to get a great home in Lehi, close to schools for our kid, in a wonderful neighborhood. Even in a sellers market we were able to get the home for less than asking price thanks to her negotiating skills. During the process I was able to access all of the documents online, which was critical since we are relocating from outside of the USA. Mindy was absolutely wonderful in helping us sell our condo. She knew the right price to sell, brought in a photographer that took wonderful pictures, and we had out condo sold within a week. She gave us great advise on what to look for in a buyer and was very upfront on what we should be looking for and what we should be doing to sell our home. When we started looking at buying a house, she knew what we wanted and wanted to protect our investment. She was very knowledgeable on what houses were worth and did not want us to pay more than a house was worth, and told us when she thought a house was priced too high.
